Workout Classes At 6AM, lol

Stop pretending you enjoy that 5:45AM class and 4 hours of sleep, WE all know you do it for the insta and snapchat views and likes.
Coming from personal expierence I am the queen of paying for a $15-30 drop in class for barre, cycle, or yoga at 5:45AM and convincing myself that because I paid for it I'll actually get out of bed and go. When realistically my life is more like: Press snooze 30 times, wake up 15 minutes before you have to go to work. Have no time to shower, brush hair, or pack a lunch, but I ALWAYS find time for a "quick" bagel and coffee stop.* *And by quick I mean I'm already 12 minutes late to work when I pull into the Starbucks parking lot. I'm not sure where the trend of early workouts came into play (snapchat timestamp, *rolls eyes*), but I'm here to put a stop to it. The world ( girls, just girls) wants you to think that if you go to a 5:45AM class you have your shit together, you're healthy, and you're probably fit AF. Well it's a bunch of BS. IF anything I'm saying we (people with the it's too cold, dark, hot, I'm tired, and later excuses) are 10 steps ahead of people going to early classes because we take advatange of sleeping an extra 2-3 hours. So next time you're on Instagram DO NOT just throw a like at the girl who takes a 5AM yoga class, give one to the girl at the 5PM too, because logically THEY BOTH WORKED OUT. Bottom line: sleep is everything and I'm not doing shit without a grande cup of some basic shit Starbucks brews for me, and I'll get around to working out.** **This blog is a product of me skipping a 6AM sunrise yoga class
