Apple Cider Mules
Ingredients
2 ounces of vodka (or gin)
5 ounces of ginger beer
2 ounces of apple cider
1 half squeezed lime
ground cinnamon
apple slices (for garnish)
cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
copper mug w/ice
I typically use Gosling's Ginger Beer, Titos Vodka, fresh limes (you can use lime juice), and you can buy a copper mug at HomeGoods, Target & Amazon.
Honey Crisp Apple Sangria
Ingredients:
3 cinnamon sticks (including garnish)
2 honeycrisp apples
1 orange
1 bottle red wine
1 and 3/4 cups of apple cider
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup orange juice (or juice from 2 medium oranges)
juice from 1 lemon
club soda, soda water, champagne, seltzer
wine glass/ice
I typically use Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon wines, anything with bubbles will do the job, and Christian Brothers Brandy.
Apple Cider Mimosa
Ingredients:
3 ounces apple cider
3 ounces champagne
Brown sugar and apple slices for garnish
champagne glass
If you know me, you know I am actually obsessed with Prosecco Champagne, it's my go to!
Pumpkin Spice Martini
Ingredients:
2 tea spoons of 100% pure pumpkin puree
3/4 ounces of simple syrup
2 ounces vanilla vodka
2 ounces Irish cream liquor
1/8 table spoon pumpkin pie spice
martini glass
Typically use Stoli Vanilla Vodka & Bailey's Irish Cream Liquor.
Side note: As I already told you guys, I am allergic to cinnamon so I usually always substitute it with brown sugar, spices, or don't add anything in (I added it in for all of you)! Also majority of these drinks use cider, I tried looking up what kind I use, but my guess is whatever is available at the store is what I grab that day. AND obviously you can use what ever vodka, gins, brandy, champagne, etc. that is your favorite!
Lastly, drink up & enjoy fall!
