I'm Not Saying I Hate This, But I 110% Hate This

When I go to a yoga, spin or pilates class, I go to relax, get my mind straight ( I'm not a hockey player, so checking people into the walls daily is unfortunately not an option) and to try to stay healthy-ish (little inside to my life: I eat "Chick-fil-a" once a week).
Side note here: I have tried so many times to go to a gym but I am genuinely scared of creepy guys stealing me. Okay, yeah, I'm over exaggerating, but seriously when did girls start allowing guys to be extremely aggressive and think that any girl at the gym is open for business.
Ughh, my insides are turning from the thought of entering a gym. This is the best way I could explain it:
When you see a family leave a sandwich unattended at the beach.. Just imagine the family being a girls boyfriend or friends and the 10 billion seagulls at the beach being the guys swarming at the gym. You know damn well, as soon as one of those seagulls sees that sandwich alone for .001 seconds they swoop in.
Back to my original point, I don't go to the gym for these reasons, so when I show up to one of my yoga classes and a guy plops his mat down behind me I am absolutely irate. Can a girl just have her space? I do not appreciate your loud grunts or heavy breathing as I am trying to get positioned in downward dog.
Ok, I get it, it's 2018, cue the politically correct people telling me everyone can do everything schpeel. Guys (literally,) all I'm saying is IF you plop your mat next to me and even make the slightest grunt in my direction I am going to lose it.
PS. I get they are trying to fill these yoga classes to the max (max is a huge understatement, we might as well share yoga mats at his point), but if i'm spending $30+ per class, I don't need strangers breathing on me.
