Ugh is it me or does everyone like cardio, but me? To start off I just want to give my cube life workers a shoutout, because we are all in this together! And quick note, I am by no means a fan of working out. I workout purely because I love that I am more energetic (still team coffee), I sleep better, I feel healthier and obviously I like the appearance of being in shape. BUT by no means is working out fun, something I enjoy doing, or not a constant grind.

IF you're like me and work the typical 9AM-5PM, you understand the constant struggle of trying to maintain a normal workout routine, and healthy lifestyle. It took me YEARS to finally get into a routine of working out weekly, and making sure my lunch/breakfast were pre-made for my next work day. And before I get into this, by NO means am I a fitness expert, but I have found some helpful tips for easy, affordable and minimal equipment workouts that you can seriously do anywhere (home, office or outside).

Depending on if you are just getting started, or have been working out for awhile these are great ways to get some cardio in without having to go for a run, get to the gym, or take a class!

No Equipment Needed:

- Jumping Jacks (Do 25, 4 Sets)

- High Knees (Do 10-15, 3 Sets)

- Burpees (Do 10-15, 3 Sets)

- Jump squats (Do 10-15, 3 Sets)

- Mountain Climbers (Do 10-15, 3 Sets)

*If you have a jump rope you can do that instead of jumping jacks

- Jump Roping (Do 25, 4 Sets)

Noting: I wrote, 10-15 due to what level you are at/ how much time you have for your workout that day. IF you feel 10 is too much take it down to 7-8, but don't forget to challenge yourself.

PSA ABOUT ME: For the longest time I wasn't going to classes, or even the gym, because I was so extremely tired from my work day. I realized later that the easiest way for me to workout was just in my living room (I legit would just catch up on Netflix shows while working out). Ladies, if you are struggling for time, don't feel like you need to leave the house! All you need is some space and you can easily do a full workout without even leaving your home. ALSO, if you are just starting out and are nervous about going to a class or gym, just relax! I haven't found too many instructors that are not extremely helpful when they see newcomers in the class. They are specifically there to help you, push you, and guide you to your goal. However, I do get that classes can be extremely intimidating (I hated my first 10 classes, I was so embarrassed with all the other girls around me crushing it), but everyone has to start somewhere.

Lastly, IF you can take anything from me it should be to : focus on your goals and don't let the obstacles that come up (because they will come up) stop you from reaching them!

If you guys want any specific workouts, or more details on what my daily routine looks like just lmk!
