Workout Classes

Hey guys! I have been on a workout class kick lately, and wanted to share my favorites that I have been going to a lot this summer.

Barrys Bootcamp

If you have watched my stories you know I have been taking about 1 of these classes a week for the past 2 months. I am absolutely addicted to the butt & legs and the abs classes. The class gives you a full cardio workout, plus it always incorporates weights into the workout that is is geared towards (abs, butt, legs, full body, arms or back).

Yoga Sult

From all the rosé I have been drinking this summer the hot yoga has been doing absolutely wonders for sweating out all the alcohol. Also, I love that these classes incorporate weights, and fast movement/yoga poses (which is almost like cardio).

Reformer Pilates

I never was a huge a pilates person, and after a few months I go sick of going to barre, but these types of classes are so addicting. You get a crazy good workout, and the reformer boards target specific muscles so its perfect for strength training and conditioning.

Classes I still want to try out (send me any of your reccomendations):

- Orange Theory

- Rowing

- Surf Set

FYI! I am not a huge cardio person (I legit hate running), and I was intimated at first to take a Barry's but after my first class I was quickly addicted. The endorphins you get from the workout are endless!
