Okay so first off, I am not sure about your feeling on the Kardashian's (or Jenner's), but I am not the biggest fan. So with that said, I had 0 intentions of ever buying ANYTHING from Kylie Cosmetics. However, sometimes you just get into a rabbit hole on Instagram of stalking gorgeous girls with their makeup perfectly done, and I was feeling a bit inspired.
I started off on the website, did some digging and started realizing the prices were not as bad as I may have thought (the naked palette is actually more expensive, my mind is blown that this is not their number one selling point). After checking out some of the products I googled reviews and I literally had to DIG for a good amount of time before I came across even one bad review on the product. There were a few bad reviews on people saying the customer support team was unhelpful, the shipment took longer than expected, or the wrong product was delivered.
I mean, realistically, the first few years of a business those types of comments have to be expected?
The only negative product reviews I really read were:
- If using the matte glosses or lipstick make sure to have your lips are very moisturized so the gloss/lipstick does not crack (this makes 110% sense)
- Matte lip colors need makeup remover to get off (this also makes 110% sense)
All in all, my personal views on the Kardashian's / Jenner's aside I finally decided I needed to pull the trigger and tested out a few of the products.
Creme Lipstick: Madeleine ($17)
Creme Lipstick: Dulce De Leche ($17)
Blush: Hopeless Romantic ($20)

First, off both of the lipsticks are so freaking creamy (I am not a matte person FYI), and both colors are long-lasting (got so many compliments and have already worn both like 10 times). As for the blush, with my tan I struggle to try to find colors that match or show but seriously this is the best blush I have ever own. It's a pressed powder so it super creamy, is extremely pigmented (the color is bright/ and actually appears), and 110% will last all day.
Other Products I Love / My Next Purchases:
Blush: Virginity ($20)
Eye Shadow: The Burgandy Palette ($42)
Eye Shadow: The Summer Palette ($44)
Lip Liner: Kandy K ($12)
Guys, If you try out any products, let me know what you love so I can try it out!
