Trader Joe's Favorites

Hey All,

I just wanted to share some of my favorite snacks (healthy and non healthy). Typically I am really good during the week with eating healthy (I pack my lunches /snacks for usually every night before work).

Healthy Options

- Hummus (I usually get the kalamata olive or tomato & basil hummus)

- Roasted Plantain Chips

- Soft & Juicy Mango (dried mango)

- Raw Almonds

- Cereal Bars (I prefer the strawberry & blueberry)

- Quinoa & Black Bean infused Tortilla Chips

- Fruit Frenzy Bars (these are popsicles)

Fruits/ Vegetables I Buy

(I typically always buy carrot sticks, baby spinach lettuce, baby tomates, a few avocados and 2 things of fruit)

- Carrot sticks

- Mango

- Strawberries

- Pineapple

- Watermelon

- Bananas

Non-Healthy Options

- Gone Bananas (frozen chocolate covered bananas)

- Gone Berry Crazy (frozen chocolate covered strawberries)

- Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

- Mini: Hold The Cone Chocolate Flavored (mini chocolate ice creams)

- Brownie Crisp

- Dark Chocolate Covered Pretzel Thins
