Hey Guys! Happy Hump Day!

I have been on a big smoothie kick lately and wanted to share my go to recipe (obviously you can adjust the recipe depending on your preferences).

Berry, Açai, Spinach Smoothie

1 Yogurt (I typically use the vanilla bean or coconut yogurt from Trader Joe's)

1 Full Cup of Frozen or Fresh Fruit (I typically will do 1/2 cup of frozen fruit & a 1/2 cup of fresh fruit)

1 Packet Açai Puree Packet (you can buy this at Trader Joe's)

1/2 - 1 Full Cup of Spinach (depends on how much spinach you want in it, I typically do a full cup)

1/4 - 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk (you can also replace the almond milk with water, coconut milk, or any other type of milk)

*I am not a protein person, but you can always add in a scoop or two of protein powder

**Also, you will notice I said 1/4 - 1/2 cup of liquids (milk/water), that is because depending on how thick you want your smoothie. If you want your smoothie to be more on the liquid side lean towards doing a 1/2 cup of liquids or possible even more.

Lastly, I personally prefer my smoothies to be on the thicker side, so sometimes I will even add in a handful of crushed ice (DO NOT add in massive ice cubes, you will break your blender. If your going to add in ice, add in either crushed ice or smaller cubes).

Fresh Fruits I Use:

- Mango

- Pineapple

- Strawberries

- Watermelon

- Bananas

Frozen Fruit I Use:

- Berry Mix (has strawberries, blackberries, cranberries, blueberries & raspberry's)

- Mango

- Bananas

Side Note: Everything for this smoothie recipe can be bought at Trader Joe's & the recipe makes ONLY 1 smoothie.
